Additionally, the WiFi details are typically displayed in a common area, such as near the TV or on a desk.
Q: How do I operate the hot tub, fireplace, or other amenities?
A: Instructions for operating amenities like the hot tub or fireplace are provided in the Welcome Book. For visual guidance, you can also access tutorial videos by scanning the QR code in the Welcome Book. If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to us through the messaging platform where you booked, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Q: What should I do if I encounter a maintenance issue during my stay?
A: If you experience any maintenance issues, please contact us immediately through the messaging platform or email where you booked. We strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible to ensure your stay remains comfortable.
Q: What is the check-out procedure?
A: Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. Please make sure to empty the trash, rinse and place dishes in the dishwasher, and pick up any pet waste before you leave. Don't forget to check drawers and outlets for any personal items. Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest.
FAQ for Future Guests
Q: When will I receive the property address and directions?
A: After booking, you will receive a welcome notification with the property address and directions. This is typically sent shortly after your booking is confirmed. Three days before your arrival, you will receive another message with more detailed instructions. On the day of your arrival, we will provide the door code for keyless entry.
Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. This allows our cleaning crew sufficient time to prepare the property for your stay. You will receive the door code for keyless entry on the day of your arrival.
Q: Can I request an early check-in?
A: We do not typically allow early arrivals because it can impact the quality of your experience. Our cleaning crew works hard to ensure the cabin is spotless and well-prepared for every guest. If the cleaning is completed before 4:00 PM, we will notify you and allow early access.
Q: Can I request a late check-out?
A: Unfortunately, late check-outs are not possible when another guest is scheduled to check in on the same day. Our cleaning team requires the full time between guests to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared. We prioritize maintaining high standards for each guest's experience, and rushing the cleaning process could compromise that quality.

Q: Are pets allowed at the property?
A: Yes, we allow pets at many of our properties! We provide doggy treats, bowls, poopy bags, shampoo, and a towel for your furry friends. There is a one-time $150 pet fee that covers the entire stay for up to two pets. If you have more than two pets, please let us know, and we can discuss the possibility of accommodating additional pets.
