House Rules

- No Smoking inside the cabin, please use the balconies. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 fee.
- Pet fee is additional for up to 2 animals. Please add pets to your reservation. If a pet is not part of your reservation, pet fee will be requested before or after your stay.
-Pet waste must be picked up by guests. Failure to pick up waste will result in a $75 fee for each pet waste pickup up to $500 max fee.
- No Food or Pets in Hot Tub
- 16 Guest Maximum. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of stay and/or extra guest fee. Extra guests over 9 will require an extra fee of $50 per person per night.
- No Parties
- No Drugs
- Quiet time after 10:00pm in this secluded community
- Fireworks are prohibited
- Open Burning is allowed only in the provided fireplace and fire pit.
- For #1 & Especially #2 please use the bathroom toilets ☺️

The lower level features a separate guest apartment, complete with its own kitchen, perfect for added convenience and privacy.

Conveniently located just 2 miles from Plattekill Ski Resort and close to the charming villages of Margaretville and Roxbury, the estate is also near multiple wedding venues, making it ideal for event hosting or retreats.
